Provide technical and business support for Citi applications, addressing user issues and ensuring short-term resolutions and long-term remediation.
Participate in application release processes including development, testing, deployment, and post-release checkouts.
Own support projects focused on application stability, efficiency, and effectiveness while acting as a subject matter expert and liaison among users, internal teams, and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
4-9 years of relevant experience in application support or related technical roles.
Technical skills in UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle/ORAAS and SQL databases, basic Java OOPS concepts, deployment scripting/tools (uDeploy/Light Speed Enterprises), and scheduler tools (Autosys preferred).
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as ITRS, Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK, or Grafana.
Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in the banking domain with understanding of software development best practices and documentation.
Ability to handle moderate impact issues independently with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitHub, TeamCity, Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, and uDeploy/Harness is advantageous.
