Lead and provide technical and delivery leadership for QA teams across multiple projects.
Define and drive QA strategy, automation approach, and adoption of AI-powered testing methods including Agentic Automation.
Manage QA delivery including risks, project metrics, client liaison, SOW preparation, and continuous improvement of QA practices.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering with strong functional and automation testing expertise.
Proven experience in QA team and people management, along with client and stakeholder management.
Mandatory exposure to AI-driven QA / AI-based Test Automation and Agentic Automation including AI agents for software testing.
Programming experience in Java, C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript; familiarity with CI/CD and version control tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical manager capable of combining QA leadership, client management, and delivery ownership in large projects.
Strong focus on AI/ML integration in testing automation and drive to implement innovative AI-powered QA solutions.
