Manage and optimize Q2’s Atlassian Cloud platform, including administration, advanced configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and Marketplace apps.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure application solutions across SaaS and enterprise-wide platforms, focusing on performance and usability.
Develop and maintain custom reports, troubleshoot application issues, manage user roles and permissions, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve system efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree acceptable with no experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS or enterprise application administration or configuration.
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar.
Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and knowledge of Atlassian scripting (Forge, Groovy).
