Lead hands-on execution of process transformation for SERP and GSR, including workshops, fit-gap analysis, sandbox builds, and testing to ensure successful deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Team and workstreams (Architecture, Data, Controls, Reporting) to align processes, embed controls, and resolve dependencies.
Own documentation, training materials, SOPs, and change management activities to drive adoption of new finance processes and tools.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of experience in SAP process design/support and finance operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or MBA in Finance/Business Administration.
Hands-on experience with S/4, SERP, CFIN, and BlackLine ICH tools.
Strong knowledge of OTC, RTR, and intercompany finance processes.
