Own and manage critical and high production incidents end-to-end in a 24/7 environment with rotational night and weekend on-call shifts.
Lead incident resolution including SWARM/Tech Bridge calls, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to improve MTTR, MTTA, and alert quality.
Develop and maintain operational automation, dashboards, runbooks, SOPs, and lead reliability initiatives influencing architecture and operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 6+ years in Production Operations, SRE, or Cloud Reliability roles with proven ownership of major production incidents in customer-facing systems.
Strong expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD tools, and monitoring solutions.
Proficiency in scripting/automation using Go, Python, Shell, or Perl.
Must be located in or able to work in Bangalore with hybrid work model; 24/7 rotational shift availability including nights and weekends.

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities guiding ProdOps teams through complex incidents and reliability improvements.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, CloudOps, and Support teams in large-scale, customer-critical production systems.
Strong focus on automation to reduce manual toil and enhance operational maturity and system reliability.
