Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO & PS functional consultants, managing workload, escalations, and rostering.
Manage incident, change, problem, and request management processes following ITIL practices; act as Major Incident Manager for critical issues.
Support and drive SAP S/4HANA implementation, testing, transformation, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules including SD, MM, and PP.
Minimum Requirements
12–15 years of SAP FICO & PS experience in manufacturing with global exposure.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance from a reputed university.
Strong expertise in SAP FICO & PS modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA, Product Costing).
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of P2P & O2C processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional SAP teams with accountability for service delivery and issue resolution.
