Manage and validate sales and purchase order requests, ensuring compliance with vendor and country-specific requirements.
Maintain order processing efficiency by clearing order requests and releasing purchase orders within agreed SLAs.

Minimum Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, or Supply Chain.
Strong data entry skills and basic mathematical calculation ability.
Proficiency in English and Malay (both written and spoken).

Experienced in sales order processing or supply chain operations with knowledge of approval protocols (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Checks).
Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
