Manage and ensure availability of installed systems and infrastructure within Systems Operations area.
Lead efforts to increase system efficiencies by reducing human intervention and resolving technical issues with vendors and teams.
Oversee incident management, production support, and batch job completions to meet SLAs with a focus on problem resolution and escalation handling.
Minimum Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS, Oracle database, and tools such as Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana, or Autosys.
Strong understanding of Incident & Problem Management and ServiceNow platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in application and production support with proven incident and problem management skills in banking or similar environment.
Capable of leading technical teams to meet deliverables and coordinate across vendors and stakeholders for production releases and issue resolution.
Strong analytical skills with experience in major incident management (MIM), trend analysis, and proactive production health monitoring.
