Provide L1/L2 application support for Java 11 and Spring Boot microservices-based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments using GCP services like GKE, CloudSQL, and Memorystore.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using APM tools (Dynatrace or similar) and manage CI/CD pipeline problems.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years experience in L1/L2 Application Support, Cloud Operations, or SRE role.
Strong hands-on skills with Java 11, Spring Boot, microservices troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of GCP platform components: GKE, CloudSQL, Memorystore, IAM, Cloud Logging.
Proficient with SQL and PostgreSQL/CloudSQL, Linux commands, ITIL processes, and experience with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in maintaining and debugging containerized environments (Kubernetes/GKE, Docker).
Comfortable operating within ITSM frameworks and handling incident lifecycles.
Capable of working flexible shifts in a Bangalore-based full-time role with strong cloud-native application support expertise.
