Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own and perform monthly financial planning, forecasting, and actual vs plan analysis for Apex Group's revenues and other key financial metrics.
Partner closely with FP&A Regional Finance, Business Leads, and Cost Centre Owners to provide detailed P&L analysis and support decision-making for global stakeholders including Group CFO and Regional Heads.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements (Workday/Adaptive Planning), automation initiatives, and maintain documentation to improve FP&A efficiency and reporting quality.
Minimum Requirements
3-7 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience depending on role level (Associate to AVP).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Planning preferred.
Experience handling large data sets with data analytics and visualization skills.
Work Experience Required: 3-7 years FP&A experience depending on position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global financial services with exposure to multi-jurisdictional reporting and stakeholder management at senior levels.
Able to manage day-to-day and ad-hoc FP&A tasks with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing team environment focused on system transformation, process standardization, and automation.
