Own and manage material scheduling strategy to meet production needs with minimal stock and optimized costs.
Handle material planning issues including shortages, assess volume requirements, and implement solutions to ensure production continuity.
Maintain accuracy and effectiveness of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and Bills of Materials (BOM); control inventory levels and report on performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in material planning within manufacturing of engineering components or OEMs.
Experience with SAP MM Module for procurement, planning, and inventory management.
Basic lean concepts training is advantageous but not mandatory.
