Independently manage multiple Pega BPM projects ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
Lead design workshops, develop Pega blueprints, and drive process optimization using Pega’s decisioning, automation, and case management features.
Oversee testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT) aligned to Pega standards and support CI/CD pipelines; mentor juniors and collaborate across teams for solution delivery.
Minimum Requirements
7 to 12 years of relevant experience in Pega BPM and software solution development.
Strong expertise in Pega Architecture, including BPM, Cloud, Mobility, Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP, and middleware.
Primary work location: Bengaluru, India; Additional location: Wroclaw, Poland.

Experienced in both business and technical strategies within Pega BPM to deliver optimal business outcomes.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
