Manage medium to large financial due diligence projects independently, analyzing quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and key deal issues.
Provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related financial transaction services.
Prepare and deliver written reports and articulate viewpoints clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) degree mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and accounting standards required.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools such as Altryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau.
