Own coordination and delivery of multiple AI/Data engineering initiatives dependent on the Databricks Lakehouse platform, ensuring all dependencies, sequencing, and risks are actively managed.
Run Agile/Scrum/Kanban ceremonies to maintain consistent delivery cadence and translate technical status into clear program-level reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
Manage technical readiness, vendor coordination, and post-implementation reviews to support smooth rollouts and continuous improvement of AI/Data platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience coordinating technical programs or projects, preferably in AI/Data engineering or cloud platform environments.
Working knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse platform components (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Spark) and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency with PMO and engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet including technical reporting artifacts (RAID logs, burndown charts).
Work Experience Required: 6+ years
