Manage and oversee all financial operations for Safran India including AP, AR, FA, Treasury, and analytics to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting; drive cost optimization and business performance insights.
Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and collaborate with group finance in France; lead finance operations and governance across multiple functions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting is mandatory.
Professional qualifications like CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) required.
12–15 years of relevant experience in business controlling, financial operations, consolidation, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance.
Experience managing teams and good knowledge of Indian statutory requirements and group financial reporting standards.

Senior finance professional with extensive expertise in business controlling and managing end-to-end finance operations in a multinational or shared services context.
Strong experience in financial compliance, audit management, internal controls, and process improvement using digital tools like SAP/Oracle and BI dashboards.
