Own and deliver accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial close and reporting for fund accounting under US GAAP/IFRS standards.
Manage end-to-end capital activity workflows including capital calls, distributions, and waterfall allocations, ensuring regulatory compliance and investor communication.
Lead and optimize fund accounting platforms, data governance, internal controls, and team leadership across global locations to support scalable operations and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
14+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting or alternatives with management of multi-fund portfolios and complex structures.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA/ACA preferred.
Deep technical expertise in US GAAP/IFRS, ASC 946/820, waterfall mechanics, carried interest, fees, equalizations, side letter economics.
Proficiency with private equity accounting platforms (e.g., Investran, Allvue, eFront, Yardi, Workiva) and BI/workflow automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, RPA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a track record managing global, cross-functional teams and multi-jurisdictional fund portfolios.
Strategic operator comfortable driving process transformations through technology adoption and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
