Own end-to-end architecture for Sprinklr’s shared Java platform capabilities including processes, workflows, reporting, and analytics frameworks.
Define scalable, multi-tenant, configuration-driven platform standards and extension/integration patterns for multiple product modules.
Lead architectural modernization, reliability, performance optimization, and mentor senior architects and tech leads on platform design and AI-assisted coding practices.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (e.g. Principal Engineer or Lead Architect) on backend or platform systems.
Expert-level Java and production experience with distributed, multi-tenant systems plus technologies like Apache Kafka, MongoDB or equivalent, Redis or equivalent, Elasticsearch or equivalent, GraphQL, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices (gRPC/REST).
BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experienced in leading architecture for shared platform libraries or services adopted by multiple teams at enterprise scale.
Strong architectural judgment focusing on scalability, reliability, performance, security, developer productivity and cost efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to use and guide teams on AI-assisted engineering tools for coding, review, testing, and production readiness in complex distributed systems.
