Accountable for technology and business change delivery across a global portfolio of products, leading planning and scheduling of epics and managing portfolio health, risks, and compliance.
Manage a matrix team of project/program managers, business change managers, QAs, and BAs to deliver portfolio objectives aligned with strategic, regulatory, and growth goals.
Oversee portfolio delivery performance, budgets, and continuous improvement of Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks, collaborating with Technology, Product, and Operations stakeholders to prioritize and execute initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced IT-related degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of project management experience in large, multi-unit global organizations, ideally in complex IS and business environments.
Agile Project Management accreditation required (APMP, PMI, Prince2, or equivalent); SAFe preferred.
Experience in financial services projects advantageous but not explicitly mandatory.
