Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in software quality engineering or automation testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Strong hands-on skills with Selenium/Lean FT, TestNG, and scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.NET.
Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, SQL, Webservices, and basic DevOps/CICD tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and Git/BitBucket.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and maintaining scalable and reusable automation frameworks with a focus on reducing maintenance overhead.
Familiar with integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborative Agile delivery environments.
Capable of identifying defects’ root causes and recommending strategic improvements to testing processes and automation tooling.
