Provide technical support, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment for internally developed and vendor software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve software issues and implement updates or patches.
Apply expertise in Documentum D2 development and related software engineering practices to support business needs.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience in IT System Support or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Documentum D2 development and solid understanding of Documentum Core Fundamentals.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience working in Agile environments preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in software design patterns and engineering best practices including SOLID, MVC, REST, Microservices, and related technologies.
Familiar with DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment.
Capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and working effectively across time zones in cross-functional teams.
