Lead Level 2 application operations for telecom billing platforms ensuring successful execution of bill runs, invoice processing, call/CDR processing, discrepancy management, and incident restoration.
Manage billing accuracy, service reliability, SLA compliance, and operational excellence including automation and AI/AIOps initiatives for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Provide operational governance through reporting, knowledge management, and coaching to support continual service improvement and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of telecom IT, BSS or enterprise billing application operations experience with hands-on production support.
Experience with telecom billing platforms such as Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Kenan, Geneva/SingleView, or BSCS including bill run management and invoice processing.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration, Shell scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Kibana, Splunk).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ITIL certification or billing platform certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Skilled in automation and operational tooling to improve efficiency, observability, and monitoring in high-volume billing operations.
