Provide rapid deployment operational support in humanitarian emergencies focusing on supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and emergency sub-office setup.
Support emergency operations planning, implementation, and closeout aligned with CRS standards and donor requirements across multiple functions including HR, finance, security, administration, and fleet management.
Deliver technical accompaniment and capacity strengthening to CRS staff and local partners, ensuring compliance and operational learning in emergency contexts within the specified regional coverage.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in international development or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting or managing humanitarian operations in the field with demonstrated field management experience in an INGO.
Proficiency in English and Arabic required specifically for Middle East focused position (for Middle East role).
Must be located in one of the specified countries (Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, India, Philippines, Indonesia); remote based with no relocation available; able to travel at least 50% often on short notice.
