Lead architecture and design for Agentic AI software solutions across multiple Scrum teams, focusing on Connect Platform, customer tenancy, authorization, and digital product entitlements.
Develop, review, and test software features including programming, system design, and integration with emphasis on scalable AI-driven architectures like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members, driving solution adoption from private preview to general availability and continuous optimization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in engineering or Master's in Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years in agentic application development using languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript and expertise in OOAD.
At least 4 years experience with AWS cloud services (S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SES, EC2).
Minimum 4 years experience working with databases (Postgres/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL) and 3 years with GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed AI-driven software architectures, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable AI platform components, including orchestration of multi-agent workflows and enterprise integrations.
