Act as first line (L1) production support for enterprise healthcare applications, monitoring system health via Splunk and New Relic dashboards to detect issues.
Perform runbook-driven incident triage, creating tickets, providing evidence-backed updates, and escalating to L2/L3 or SMEs as needed.
Support planned maintenance, deployment windows, and ensure coverage during peak production and critical business hours.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering or Science degree with minimum 1 year experience as Support Engineer.
Experience with basic systems and application monitoring concepts, including interpreting dashboards, alerts, and metrics in Splunk and New Relic.
Experience with incident and ticket management workflows (e.g., JIRA) and understanding of on-call escalation models and alerting tools (e.g., PagerDuty).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Support Engineer. Video camera usage required for all virtual meetings.
