Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG.
Own test strategy end-to-end for assigned squads, including coverage, risk, and continuous CI/CD integration.
Mentor junior QA engineers and continuously evaluate automation suite health, flakiness, and coverage gaps.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA automation experience in a product engineering environment.
Strong proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, and TDD principles.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java or Python preferred.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in building and owning test automation frameworks supporting Agile and CI/CD workflows.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and DevOps to drive quality.
Familiar with API testing and testing complex user journeys across web and services, possibly with payments domain exposure.
