Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Manage part number assignment and bills of materials creation to support new and sustaining product introductions.
Review and coordinate change orders (ECO, MCO, Deviations) through approval workflows in PLM systems to support hardware and software releases.
Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and contract manufacturers to mentor and expedite product data control processes, contributing to process improvements and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
5-6 years of relevant work experience in product lifecycle and engineering change management.
Expertise in product lifecycle management, configuration management, change management processes, and experience with PLM tools such as Oracle Agile, Windchill, or Arena.
Hybrid work model: Approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in engineering change management and product lifecycle processes within complex IT or hardware product environments.
Experience operating in cross-functional teams with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain partners to deliver on product data control obligations.
Demonstrated ability to use PLM systems effectively and apply standard practices for process improvement and audit compliance.
