Lead requirements gathering and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions in a healthcare payer environment using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Analyze and document current and future business processes and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities and support project planning, testing, and migration initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, IT delivery, developers, testers, and operations to ensure alignment and successful adoption of enhanced healthcare payer applications and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Approximately 5 years of experience leading healthcare payer JAD sessions, requirements management, and systems analysis.
Previous experience specifically as a Business Analyst in the healthcare payer industry.
Strong experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies in requirements gathering and project support.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Work Experience Required: Explicitly approximately 5 years in relevant roles; No onsite location requirement; remote work specified.
