Support and optimize Oracle Cloud technical operations within managed services, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical components such as reports, interfaces, and integrations using SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
Perform production support activities including queue monitoring, ticket updates, incident/problem management, and collaborate across teams for deployments and system improvements.
Minimum Requirements
4-9 years of Oracle Middleware or PaaS administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience administering Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle API Gateway, Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle SOA Suite.
Experience with Terraform, Python, shell scripting, Oracle Autonomous Database, Exadata Cloud Service, OCI networking, IAM policies, and enterprise logging tools like Splunk or ELK.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Oracle Cloud infrastructure administration and integration within managed or operational services environments.
Capable of mentoring junior administrators and leading technical workstreams involving both functional and technical teams.
Holds or is willing to obtain advanced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications (e.g., OCI 2024 Architect Professional).
