Own the translation of regulatory and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted content review in a regulated healthcare environment.
Partner with product, AI engineering, and data science teams to prioritize backlog, align on feasibility, and support validation and UAT for AI-enabled review capabilities.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance traceability throughout development and testing phases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst/Systems Analyst in regulated or workflow-intensive domains.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams; proven skills in writing user stories and supporting UAT.
Work location: Hyderabad; Flexible hybrid work arrangement available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in regulated content review processes, preferably Pharma MLR or similar compliance-heavy workflows.
Experience collaborating closely with AI/data science and engineering teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled products.
Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, refine requirements, and deliver audit-compliant documentation in a large digital health/biopharma environment.
