Own end-to-end quality assurance strategy and execution, including manual, automation, performance, and security testing.
Manage project delivery by creating and tracking project plans, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
Lead and mentor QA and cross-functional teams; act as the primary communication link between engineering, product, business stakeholders, and clients.
Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of overall experience in QA with 2–3 years in leadership or project management roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress), Performance and Security Testing, and experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing software delivery lifecycles end-to-end with measurable KPIs like project delivery timeliness and defect leakage rates.
Operationally skilled in balancing QA leadership with project management, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
Familiar with Agile environments, cross-functional team leadership, and client/stakeholder management in SaaS or product-based settings.
