Oversee service delivery and client interaction to maintain and enhance reputation of Securities Services.
Lead risk management efforts including identifying and addressing operational risks, and ensuring up-to-date risk governance documentation.
Manage capacity reporting, recruitment, performance review MIS, training coordination, and incident reporting within the department.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or post-graduate diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking mandatory.
10-12 years experience in Transfer Agency & Registrar or Fund Services operations required.
Knowledge of securities industry and relevant regulations (CASS, IMR, GDPR, FATCA, CRS, CSSF) essential.
Work Experience Required: At least 10-12 years prior related experience in financial services operations with proven management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with strong decision-making skills and ability to lead operational teams effectively.
Deep expertise in Transfer Agency operational transaction activity, preferably with UK/Europe/Asia focus and Luxembourg Transfer Agency knowledge.
Familiarity with securities regulations, process review, re-engineering, and industry certifications such as CISI beneficial.
