Manage fund administration services for Mutual Fund, Insurance, AIF & PMS clients, ensuring accurate NAV calculation and timely client reporting.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on operational processes, including audit handling and compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies.
Drive process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and maintain adherence to SLAs, operational memoranda and global standards to mitigate risk and enhance service quality.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce degree specialized in accounting (preferred).
Sound knowledge of SEBI Mutual Fund regulations and financial accounting.
Work Experience Required: At least 2-3 years in related fund administration or capital markets operations.
Familiarity with capital markets is an added advantage; experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in fund administration or securities services with expertise in regulatory compliance and operational risk management.
Ability to manage multiple client portfolios with responsibility for audit coordination and delivery against SLAs.
Strength in process automation and operational improvements aligned to strategic business goals.
