Lead execution of the technology organization's strategy by collaborating with the CTO to define priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps and OKRs.

Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or program leadership.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or regulated technology environments strongly preferred.
Exceptional executive communication skills and proficiency with Agile, OKR frameworks, and enterprise program management practices.
