Collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends and gaps, and generate analytical reports for management to support business performance tracking and forecasting.
Identify process bottlenecks and support automation/digitization initiatives alongside maintaining SOPs and coordinating with cross-functional teams for data integrity and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Operations Analytics, Data Analysis, or Performance Management.
Experience in infrastructure, ports, logistics, manufacturing, energy, or large corporate environments preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in relevant fields
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in using ERP, BI tools, and analytics platforms such as Power BI and Excel for dashboard development and reporting.
Ability to handle end-to-end MIS reporting and performance monitoring in infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Proven capability to identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement and automation projects.
