Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
Lead architecture discussions, solution design, cloud-native implementations on GCP/Azure, and drive application modernization including migration to microservices and cloud platforms.
Mentor engineers, enforce engineering best practices, implement CI/CD and DevOps processes, and ensure application reliability through performance tuning and production support.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years hands-on experience in software design, development, and support of enterprise Java applications.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, Apache Kafka, and cloud platforms such as GCP and/or Azure.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to lead architecture discussions and drive engineering quality and best practices.
Strong background in cloud-native solutions and modern microservices architectures with event-driven design.
