Oversee design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization of database marketing solutions using Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and related data technologies.
Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and orchestrate workflows using tools like Tivoli or Tidal.
Lead small teams (2–3 members) managing 1–2 projects, produce HLD/LLD documentation, conduct code reviews, and liaison with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent role.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database; proficiency with Snowflake is mandatory.
Strong command over SQL, Spark SQL, PySpark, Python/UNIX shell scripting, and experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent); Azure and Snowflake certifications preferred; shift hours 12 PM to 9 PM and/or 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
