Own the creation and delivery of high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and component libraries across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
Lead and mentor junior and mid-level UI designers to ensure design excellence, consistency, and scalability in a fast-paced agile environment.
Coordinate between design, development, and business teams to align design decisions, drive visual storytelling, and incorporate innovative, AI-driven design trends.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Design, Communication Design, HCI, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of UI/Visual design experience with expertise in agencies, consultancies, or product studios.
Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring design teams, preferably with global brands and distributed teams.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving design consistency and scalability across multiple responsive and adaptive platforms.
Strong expertise in design systems with ability to extend and adapt existing frameworks effectively.
