Lead strategic partnerships, donor engagement, business development, and coordination for the Resource Sustainability Group, targeting INR 2.5 Cr. in resource mobilization.
Develop and pursue a prioritized donor pipeline, manage proposal and concept note development including budgeting, negotiations, and closure.
Ensure cross-team and external stakeholder coordination, monitor project deliverables, and support institutional positioning and donor engagement strategy.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of relevant work experience.
Postgraduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Rural Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
Job Location: New Delhi.
Strong written and spoken English skills; working proficiency in Hindi.
