Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs including operating model design, process digitization, and automation across global or regional clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leadership to translate business strategy into finance transformation roadmaps and business cases.
Oversee multi-workstream project delivery, manage teams, and drive business development with large finance transformation deals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
Professional certification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA).
10–15+ years of experience in consulting or industry finance roles with significant finance transformation leadership.
Experience leading large, complex finance transformation programs and managing teams in a consulting environment; willingness to travel as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in strategic finance transformation with strong executive presence and stakeholder influence at C-suite level.
Background in consulting, preferably with Big 4 or top-tier firms, with hands-on ERP and finance technology implementations.
Proven ability to lead multi-workstream, multi-year transformation programs across multiple industries and build high-performing teams.
