Support a strategic transformation program within the International Private Bank Operating Committee focusing on business and regulatory initiatives.
Manage program office tasks including stakeholder coordination, scheduling, content validation, and follow-up to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
Maintain and update program management tools (Confluence, JIRA, Monday.com), coordinate Internal Audit requirements, and contribute to change adoption and benefits realization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, or project and change management.
Banking or financial services background with foundational knowledge, ideally in Private Banking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in program lifecycle management including project planning, risk and issue management, and governance reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to influence at senior management levels.
Digital-first mindset with familiarity or interest in LLMs, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies.
