Lead infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery assessments and testing across compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Develop, maintain, and execute DR plans, recovery runbooks, and ransomware recovery preparedness initiatives including recovery validation and gap remediation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, cloud, operations, audit, business) to prepare assessment reports, recovery roadmaps, and client deliverables to improve recovery readiness and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, or related infrastructure domains.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong knowledge of compute, virtualization, storage, backup technologies, cloud/hybrid environments, DR planning, recovery testing, and networking concepts.
Experience with ransomware recovery preparedness and recovery validation. Certifications like Azure, AWS, VMware VCP preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing resilience assessments, DR tests, and recovery validation activities end to end.
