Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements within Customer Onboarding, Compliance & Surveillance systems in Wealth and Private Banking.
Develop business requirements, operational and process designs to support change initiatives and regulatory compliance projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive change management, risk mitigation, and embed new policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: Business Analyst role experience specifically in Wealth and Private Banking.
Strong knowledge of UHNI client onboarding, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Sanctions, PEP, FATCA regulations, AML, Transaction Monitoring, and Trade Surveillance.
Familiarity with Change Management, Incident Management, and Stakeholder Management.
Job location: Pune.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Wealth and Private Banking products and regulatory compliance requirements related to financial crime prevention.
Experienced in managing complex regulatory, transformation, or process improvement projects in Wealth or Private Banking domains.
Capable of guiding and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while managing risk and embedding compliance controls.
