Support a strategic transformation program aligned to the International Private Bank Operating Committee, focusing on development, implementation, and ongoing support of business and regulatory initiatives.
Manage program deliverables including scheduling, material preparation, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on actions across various departments (Business, Ops, Tech, Legal, Risk, Compliance).
Maintain program management tools (Confluence, JIRA, Monday.com), track risks and issues, support internal audit requirements, and drive change adoption to realize benefits.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, or project and change management.
Banking/Financial Services background with foundational banking knowledge, ideally in Private Banking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence; understanding of program lifecycle and project management practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in stakeholder engagement with ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.
Capable of independent work with strong attention to detail and quality in deliverables within fast-paced, complex environments.
Digital-first mindset with knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), familiar with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies (preferred).
