Lead and mentor a team of SAP Payroll and ECP consultants while actively involved in solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Serve as senior technical and functional escalation point for complex SAP Payroll and ECP issues including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and integrations.
Manage customer engagements end-to-end from workshops to go-live, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) certification mandatory.
At least 8 years of hands-on SAP Payroll experience including implementation and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, processing, and integrations.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in SAP Payroll and ECP environments.
