Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, and Service Sales.
Act as a trusted advisor and mentor, providing consultative talent acquisition expertise and market insights to hiring managers and internal recruitment teams.
Drive recruitment strategy execution, track hiring metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Significant recruiting experience with successful track record in corporate, RPO, or agency settings, including recruiting for Commercial functions.
Experience or preference for working within MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries.
Work Location: South City, Gurgaon, Haryana with 4 days onsite work setup.

Proven expertise recruiting for Commercial roles across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Leadership.
Experienced in using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools effectively.
Able to provide consultative hiring guidance and mentor recruiters, indicating senior level recruiting capability and leadership within talent acquisition.
