Oversee and manage Payroll service teams supporting payroll implementation and enrollment services for US retirement clients at Empower India.
Prepare and analyze management reports/dashboards to assess function effectiveness and ensure high client satisfaction with timely issue resolution.
Lead stakeholder engagement, update policies/procedures, drive process efficiencies, and manage projects and team development.
Minimum Requirements
7 to 10 years of industry experience including asset management and US Defined Contribution retirement.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience in people management, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills; certified project management knowledge preferred.
