Coordinate and execute comprehensive training programs including induction, technical, behavioral, and compliance training, maintaining training records and monitoring training KPIs.
Plan and implement employee engagement activities, manage communication and recognition initiatives, and support engagement survey analysis and action planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding and maintain relevant HR MIS and performance management coordination including reviews and objective settings.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in HR and administration coordination.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience with training coordination, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and performance management required.
Compliance with HR audit processes and maintaining recruitment and training MIS mandatory.
