Support day-to-day shipment processing and movement across multiple Blue Dart operational locations including Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.
Perform key operational tasks such as shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely shipment flow.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational discipline while supporting shift in-charges to meet daily operational targets.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10th Standard pass educational qualification.
Fresher or up to 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar operational environments.
Physically fit to perform activities involving standing, walking, lifting and shipment handling during shifts.
Willingness to work across rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience or interest in logistics and operational workflows involving shipment handling and processing.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain discipline, punctuality, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with basic computer and handheld scanner usage and capable of working collaboratively under guidance from shift in-charges.
