Support customers by capturing detailed claim information and conducting research to update statuses of new and existing claims.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve customer experience through complex account activity analysis and claim resolution.
Handle incoming calls in a call center environment balancing customer service and investigative research, escalate issues as directed by team leads.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer service support experience or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education.
Basic banking knowledge with ability to analyze and investigate debit card disputed claims.
Flexible to work night shifts.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 months customer service support experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience reviewing and verifying customer transactions for fraud detection, policy violations, or merchant dispute resolution across multiple transaction channels and products.
Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth reviews of monetary and non-monetary transactions and resolve customer disputes efficiently.
Educational background in Business or related discipline, with knowledge of chargebacks, debit and credit card operations, and strong analytical and communication skills.
