Own L2 operational monitoring and incident management for assigned wayside digital railway solutions, diagnosing and restoring service using runbooks.
Monitor application health using Dynatrace, proactively responding to alerts and anomalies to ensure system availability.
Participate in OS patching, change management via ServiceNow, runbook maintenance, new project onboarding, and 24x7 critical incident on-call rotation.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of railway domain experience with knowledge of signalling, TCMS, PIS, CCTV systems.
Hands-on experience with Linux, TCP/IP, Docker, and Database technologies.
Experience managing incidents in live operational environments including logging, triaging, resolving, and escalations.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in railway systems domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operational engineer comfortable working independently on mid-level technical incident management with escalation to senior/L3 teams.
Strong systems engineering thinking applied to live railway system operations and IT infrastructure support.
